   New Experiences, People & Places

As parents, you often see college as a valuable investment, not just for your child's future, but for the whole family. A college education can break the cycle of financial struggles, opening doors for future generations to come. It's encouraging to know that kids from families with college graduates are more likely to pursue higher education themselves, creating a lasting cycle of opportunities.
Whether your child chooses to attend a local community college, a California State University campus a bit farther away, or a private university in another state, they'll have the chance to meet people from various backgrounds, engage in interesting classes, and even study abroad. These experiences can lead to amazing personal growth. For those interested in careers in law, medicine, or business, earning a bachelor’s degree is an essential first step. Plus, even if your student isn't sure about pursuing more education right away, having a college degree keeps the door open for future academic opportunities.
As your child approaches graduation, you might find yourselves discussing the next steps. Investing in their college education is one of the best decisions you can make for their future, so it’s important to recognize just how significant this choice can be.
